Prime Time Pediatrics is a true pediatric walk-in clinic—you don’t need a traditional appointment. Simply come during our operating hours (Mon-Sat), or call ahead or complete our online Fast Pass registration to reduce your wait. We’re Athens-Oconee’s only kids-only urgent care, newborn through age 19. Please note that visit availability is limited and all visits may fill before the end of the day, particularly during the school year. The earlier in the day you contact our office, the more likely you will be to secure a visit for the day.

Good news for busy parents: you never have to wait for an appointment on the doctor’s calendar. Prime Time Pediatrics operates as a pediatric walk-in clinic and urgent care center, so children from newborns to age 19 can be seen the same day without an appointment. Just swing by 1618 Mars Hill Rd, Watkinsville during our extended hours—Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM (closed Sunday and major holidays).
To make your visit even faster, you may “register online” before leaving home using our free Fast Pass form at https://primetimepeds.com/fast-pass/. Because we are an urgent care pediatric practice, walk-ins are welcome for coughs, ear aches, rapid flu or rapid strep tests, minor injuries, sports or camp physicals and more. Our board-certified pediatricians—Dr. David Sprayberry, Dr. Breana Miller and PNP Casey “Skye” Beck—treat only kids, so you get shorter waits than the ER and care that is tailored to growing bodies.
Remember to bring a photo ID, your child’s insurance card (or ask about prompt-pay discounts), and any school forms. We’ll handle the rest and even send them home with prize from the treasure chest.
