Frequently Asked Questions

Can I schedule an appointment?

We work really hard to be available when you need us. Most of the time you can drive up and walk in to be seen right away. Alternatively, you can save time in the office by using the Prime Time Fast Pass to complete our online forms. After completing the online forms, call us at 706-705-4543 and we will provide you with an estimated time that we will be ready to get you into a room for your visit.

What insurance do you accept?

We participate with most major insurance carriers in the area, including government plans such as Medicaid. Please call your insurance company to confirm that your plan is in network with Prime Time Pediatrics.

We are also happy to work with most of the faith-based healthcare sharing plans as well. We do have “cash pricing” for anyone who would prefer to pay at the time of service.

Can you do sports and camp physicals?

Yes! We offer affordable sports and camp physicals for a “payment at time of service” fee of $50.  Please note, we are unable to offer camp and sports physicals for patients with Amerigroup, Caresource, Peach State, or other Georgia Medicaid insurance plans due to restrictions related to those plans. Patients with those plans should have their sports/camp physical done with their primary care physician.

Remember, sports and camp physicals do not replace annual physicals with your primary care physician.
