Our board-certified doctors examine the ear canal and eardrum with a gentle otoscope, check temperature, and ask about recent colds, swimming, or allergies.

Treatment happens right away. For bacterial middle-ear infections we prescribe child-friendly antibiotics to your chosen pharmacy. For viral or mild cases we may recommend ongoing observation plus pain relief such as acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or warm compresses. We also will discuss when to return if symptoms linger or don’t improve.

If recurrent ear infections raise hearing or speech concerns, we can coordinate referral to a local ENT specialist.
